RATES AND POLICIES

$125.00 per night for 2 people;  $10.00 per night for each additional person

STAY 5 NIGHTS, AND STAY THE 6TH NIGHT FREE

Add 9% SALES TAX

50% advance deposit is required on stays of more than one night. Balance is due upon arrival.

Cottage rentals during a holiday season require full payment deposit in advance.  Deposit is not refundable during holiday seasons.
All persons on the premises or at the cottage must be registered and paying guests.

One-night stays are $145 for 2 people;  $12.00 for each additional person

Full payment is due in advance on one-night stays.

Elva's Cedar Cottage is open year round. Gift certificates are available upon request.


Check-in time: 2 P.M.
Check-out time: 11:00 A.M.



Cancellation:
If guests cancel 16 days prior to the date of arrival, they will receive a deposit refund, less $25.00 for a service/handling fee. A deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 16 days from date of arrival. 

Deposits are not transferable to another cottage booking date.
Deposits for holiday rentals are non-refundable.

Minimum Stay
There is a TWO-NIGHT minimum stay on weekends and holidays.

Method of Payment
We accept cash and personal checks. A credit card number is required to hold a reservation.

SORRY, NO PETS.   SMOKING IS LIMITED TO OUTSIDE.
